Kure It for Cancer

Since 2007, Kure It has raised over $15,000,000 to fund cancer research.

If you’re like many people today, you’ve been impacted by cancer in some way. It is a terrible disease that affects the lives of millions each year, including some of our own here at Westport Properties. So, we started a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to raise money for research programs into rare cancers.

The quest began to create an organization with the sole mission of raising money for the best cutting-edge research programs throughout the country—ones that hold great promise in developing new cures and treatments for rare cancers and beyond.

One novel way that Westport helps in raising money for Kure It is through our program called ‘Round Up for Research’. This program gives our customers a chance to get involved by rounding up their rent by only $.50 and Westport will match their donation 100%. In fact, Westport will match just about any donation 100%, be it through Round Up for Research or a one-time gift.
