Lisa Pollock joined Westport Properties and US Storage Centers in 2002 and has over 29 years of self storage experience. Prior to Westport Properties, Lisa worked at Public Storage where she was the Retail Sales Specialist and Self Storage Manager. During her tenor with us, she has held the District Manager, Sr. District Manager and Regional Director positions. She is experienced both in the field and home office roles. Currently, she is the Sr. Director of Operations and is responsible for the company’s operations platform, which encompasses Capex, Property Services, Operations Development, Property Transitions and Training. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and actively serves at her church.
