BOSTON, Mass., September 2019, US Storage Centers, a premier owner/operator of self storage facilities nationally, has acquired a 780 unit, 85,260-square-foot self storage facility located at 193 South Main Street in the Boston suburb of Middleton, Massachusetts. This is the firm’s second Boston area acquisition this year. In late May, it acquired a 445 unit, 34,116-square-foot self storage facility located at 115 Bacon Street in North Waltham, Massachusetts from Planet Self Storage.

Ideally located just off the Interstate 95 freeway, this facility features climate-controlled units, onsite moving carts, electronic gated access, video surveillance and passenger elevators.
