LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA JULY 2021 – Westport Properties, a premier owner/operator and third-party property manager of self storage facilities nationally, has been named the property manager for a 240-unit self storage facility located at 42034 3rd Street East in Lancaster, California. The facility was recently acquired by Small Town Storage. Westport Properties is the exclusive management partner of the entire Small Town Storage portfolio.

The 58,000-square-foot facility features modern amenities including climate-controlled units, electronic gated access and 24-hour video surveillance as well as auto, boat and RV storage.
